2009 LSFA CONFERENCE
The 104th Annual Conference that will be held August 6 - 8, 2009 in Downtown New Orleans.
The host hotel is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside located at Two Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA.
This hotel is big enough so that all attendees will be able to stay in the host hotel. For this to happen, I am asking that each member or department book only the amount of rooms that they will definitely use. If rooms are booked and then released at the last minute, the association will lose the incentives given to them such as the meeting rooms and event rooms that are considered complimentary based on attendance of guest rooms. It is important to book all rooms at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
Rooms have blocked for Wednesday, August 5, 2009 through Saturday August 8, 2009). The room rate is $141.00 for single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes. A reduced self-parking rate of $15.00 per day has been negotiated.

Be sure to mention that you are with the LSFA and request the group rate. Reservations will be require a first night deposit paid in full, refundable up to three (3) days before the arrival date. All credit cards used to pre-pay will be charged immediately.
