Two Ways to Make Reservations: REMEMBER TO WAIT UNTIL FEB. 1st TO MAKE RESERVATION(S)

Be sure to have attendees mention the group code HOT in order to receive the discounted group rate when they call in

On the first screen, input the arrival and departure dates, then click on the GO button
Once you are taken to the second screen, this is where guests complete the reservations details (including stay information and room type preferences.
After completing the Stay Information and Room Type Preferences sections, scroll down to the Special Accounts section. Then click on the CONTINUE button.
Now guests can select the room they prefer (Double-Queen or King) at the group rate and complete their reservation.

Please remind your attendees that all reservations must be made July 8, 2012, in order to receive the discounted group rate. The hotel will continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees after that date; however, rooms will be at the prevailing rate and subject to availability.
